Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully - they govern how your organisation and its staff use Alambas.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Accounts

Access to Alambas requires a valid account issued through an organisation. Fleet managers are responsible for the accuracy of staff details and the timely deactivation of accounts when personnel change.

2. User responsibilities

Users must keep credentials confidential, use Alambas only for legitimate fleet operations, and promptly report any suspected unauthorised access to their organisation's administrator.

3. Acceptable use

  • No falsification of vehicle records, trips, checklists or documents.
  • No attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.
  • No upload of unlawful content or content you do not have rights to.
  • No abuse of the SOS or notification features.

4. Data ownership

All operational data entered into Alambas by your organisation and its users remains the property of your organisation. You retain the right to export your data at any time.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Alambas highly available and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. Alambas is provided on a best-effort basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

6. SOS feature

Alambas SOS records incidents and alerts fleet managers. It is not a substitute for emergency services. Drivers in immediate danger should always contact local emergency authorities first.

7. Termination

Organisations may stop using Alambas at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms, subject to reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Support

Standard support is provided by email during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 WAT). Available 24/7.

9. Intellectual property

Alambas, its brand, software, documentation and design are the intellectual property of the Alambas team. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alambas is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organisation administrators before taking effect.
